1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Maya Tour & Travels ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

2. Booking and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability.
  • A minimum advance payment is required to confirm a booking.
  • The final payment must be made before the commencement of the tour.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in currency, fuel costs, or other external factors.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. The refund amount will be calculated based on the following timeline:

  • 30 days or more before departure: 25% cancellation charge.
  • 15 to 29 days before departure: 50% cancellation charge.
  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
  • Flight tickets are subject to the airline's cancellation policy.

4. Travel Documents and Visas

It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure they have all necessary valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates required for the journey. Maya Tour & Travels will not be held liable if a passenger is denied entry due to lack of proper documentation.

5. Limitation of Liability

Maya Tour & Travels acts only as an agent for the various independent suppliers that provide hotel accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, activities, or other services connected with your tour. Such services are subject to the terms and conditions of those suppliers. We accept no liability for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may be caused to person or property in connection with any service used in the tour.
